Protocols involve extreme physiological stress. Medical clearance is strictly required prior to VO2 Max Calibration.

Liability

Subjects accept all inherent risks associated with high-intensity interval training. Kinetix Lab is not liable for neuromuscular fatigue outside of facility parameters.
